Please note that we DO NOT provide CASH REFUNDS.
We only allow refunds in the situation whereby desired product(s) are sold out.
Refunds EXCLUDE the delivery fee.
We only provide refunds when the indicated delivery location/destination is not within our delivery zones.
Once we’ve received and inspected your return we will notify you and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed on your original payment method which in this case, takes a maximum of 5 working days.

Unfortunately, sale items/discounted items will NOT be refunded under any condition.
Note that we will ONLY allow replacement of item(s) if there is a defect in the item(s), or if a wrong item/product(s) has been delivered to the client.
Kindly note that wrong size orders (from the client) shall NOT be exchanged whatsoever.
All exchanges MUST be done within 7 working days.
Kindly note that eligibility for returns of any item(s) will be ACCEPTED if there is delivery of wrong item(s) as per client’s order.
All item(s) returned MUST NOT be damaged or tampered with thus, make sure you kindly return any item(s) in the same condition that you received it.
All returned item(s) should be brought back in the original packaging which MUST NOT also be damaged.
DO NOT return any WORN or WASHED item(s) because MANDI FASHION HINTS will NOT accept them at all.
Sales/Discounted items will NOT be returned under any condition.
All returns of any item(s) will ONLY be accepted within 7 days of which after that, unfortunately we shall NOT offer you a refund or exchange.
